Yes, unless you get some special body style (like MW Mesa without bars), but otherwise you can change paint, plates, engine mods and everything

Can the magicians also do bikes and blazers with the way they give cars?

And if so can they make custom tires on the trevor blazer?

I know they work with save editor but you cant do em in lsc.
