Looks like fluorescent blue so probably notYou can get Flo Blue from LSC if you find a crew that has it set as their color....it's pretty easy...just go to Social Club and search crew names for a color you want

opening shop? did you jailbreak your ps3?Yes...but I got a REAL cheap tool...so all I can make is stock Hearses....when you get it, you will need to use the iPayFelch Method to store it. It's pretty simple, you need to take it to LSC, add a tracker and insurance, then leave the session...don't forget to say "thank you"....and Like For Chop.

 

 

....also....I can get you a stock Sandking as well....and you can use the iPayFelch storing method to get it in your garage.

Maybe list the directions before saying shops open. I think some people cream their pants once reading shops open and stop there. Probably wouldn't help though.
