Well.. I'll leave this here in case anyone comes on this afternoon... Was looking for an aqua/turquoise metallic color but nothing crazy over the top. I think this RGB is it if someone can put a metallic shine on it?

Ok so this is sorta on topic.

The last patch 1.13 i notice that you couldn't steal a random car and take it to LSC and mod it for a friend. Yesterday I was in a session and I took a emperor off the street and hook it up all gold metal paint gave it turbo and limo tinted the windows and gave it some gold lookin lowrider rims..so it was a Cadillac in all gold. It was sweet but I wasn't goin to keep it just testin out the colors. Then all of a sudden I'm parked at the eclipse talking with some friends and someone comes and kills us off the radar.. I see him take the Cadillac and drive in his garage. He was like level 40 something. Yea we got him back but he kept the car.

So has anyone confirm thAt we can like find sultans and hearse's and fully mod them for people now?
