no offense.. and i have been on this thread for awhile now (most visited thread for me) but why "magicians" don't call themselves what they really are "modders" or "hackers", it's not wrong, and it's nothing you should be ashamed of... i know bunch of peeps gonna stand against my opinion lol, just so they defend "the magicians" point of view to get more cars

I dunno... R* may have spies looking for those terms in forums like this. This is very obviously clandestine work, done late in the night in random spurts to keep the spies guessing... "My timing is so terrible" is just another way the spies try to trick our magicians into becoming predictable....

Use name changer, find sandking, mod it, then they put tracker and insurance.

So the namechanger will let others take a vehicle modded in LSC by another player? I tried to mod a bagger and give it to a buddy for him to put in his garage. No tracker/insurance but when he drove it it wouldn't let him take it into LSC or his garage b/c it literally said it ahd been modded by another player

oh i see. so then you don't really need the name changer correct? anyone can take a car off the street supe it up and let a friend insure/ add tracker it right? or did they change that

it's awesome but it's shiney like WHOA haha, trying to recreate my jeep green, it was very dull but still a 'classic' sorta color ya know? like an army green with no shine but closer to a hunter green than the moss pale green

Yeah they fixed where you can't mod cars for someone off the street and give it to them a while back but the name changer bypasses that.

Is there a database somewhere with every vehicle and the body code deals that go with them..?

So like I could find each version of the same vehicle like a motorcycle with fenders/without them/single vs double headlight etc

I've been staring at the different Mesa body codes aanndd... Is there an option to have no roll bars/cage but keep the front bull bars? or to keep the side steps and get rid of the roll bars/cage? And i assume the rear bumper deal IS the roll bars and the spare tire probably some with the roll bars too?


I feel stupid.. but since the code only menitons "Roof w/no roll bars" and then there is a '1' code for 'no cage'... kind of confusing
