I watched the video. Seems tricky and will probably take a while, but if you have patience I guess you may be ok.

Basically it's the same as last patch. Drive in your garage (which is the tricky part), and then just join a random race and quit. Then the garage will be glitched

well hope that glitch is the only one that hits youtube, and makes the rounds and rstar forgets the devsdub method

That method never worked for me, I'd always get stuck in a glitched garage then walk right out

Have YOU personally SUCCESSFULLY done this glitch YOURSELF even ONE time? I tried that glitch last patch....the "drive in garage" part of the glitch is next to impossible. I am pretty good at glitches myself and out of 50 times trying the drive in garage part of it I was successful ONCE at driving the car in the garage....never even got to the second part of it. If you are going to post YT videos on this thread, and ask people to dupe cars at least know what you are talking about.....I am betting all you did was watch this video....and that's IT.

 

.....also.....the video you posted is for X-Box, he doesn't even mention it working for PS3 anywhere in the video.
