Baggers always spawn next to the far lsc on the other side of the map I know that for sure I see them all the time when I cross country race

I believe there's a way to change simeons list atm. Try going to the creator then back out and see if that does anything.

He specified he was waiting for the "guy" to update the program.....in all reality....do you think a person who creates a "magic" program wants his name put out on the internet for everyone to read. Should Devs said, "I am waiting for Bob Smith to update his hacking program."?....kinda dumb on your part if you ask me.....no offense.

it's ok it's cause i won't tell him what tool i am using even though it's UNRELEASED. And yes the guy that makes the tool don't want to be known, trust me i thank him everyday when i talk to him

I'm more about helping someone that's family or will become family. there's certain people you only see whn they want something. But on a serious note this guy just duped my car in a mission! He was speaking all this ching chong.chang sh*t. i feel like I've been robbed. after the rooftop rymble 2 of my cars were at madrazos house he hoped in one and that little slant eyed f*cker got my whip. and i don't evdn know how cause i couldn't understand the words coming out of his mouth. he was happy though. I'm not racist by the way just properly drunk. how the fuuuuuck did he just do that?????
