I have a question about modding some cars for my friend, can i take a random low end car from the street and customize it and give it to him so he can buy insurance for it ?

Not anymore but there is a glitch for it.

Where did you get the hearse

to spawn a hearse you need a guy who already has one to drive you to the crematory and one would spawn or request someone to dupe you one.
