1.13 will be here on the 20th, I highly doubt that Rockstar would skip the opportunity to put out the 'High Life' update on 4/20. Possibly might come even earlier as they would probably wanna use that date for an event weekend cause its on a Saturday/Sunday. Heists will be out about a month after in May right at the end of spring

stop guessing what rstar is doing, they haven't mention the dates of those dlc. It will drop when they are ready, it really makes me think they ain't bothered with heists at all if they are spending there time on highlife,

So only need 2 people? 1as duper who invites dupee? To session Then duper makes deathmatch n invites dupee? Dupee leaves DM then glitches veh in? Veh dont despawn does it? Seems easier i am yet to try it.

The lag method apparently works but if the car has rgb paint it will change colour
