Ever since the feb update, I've been experiencing this rendering issue which really limits me from modes like races since it just freezes when I drive on nothing. I don't know if it's the internet connection since it only happens online and SP runs smoothly. If it's that then I don't get why did we even have to install the game to make the game load faster.. If anyone has a solution to this it will be appreciated. :D

 

I just think my net's really fcked up.. Is my theory right?
