Assistance with Full Refund trophy (PS3) (UK)

I need help getting the Full Refund trophy. I've been trying for almost two weeks now, but it seems like people prefer shooting you in the face themselves to getting a mugger to rob you.

 

My PSN name is the same as my gtaforums name. I've just hit level 50, so If you want me to give you the trophy back, I can send a mugger after you too.
