Looking for THE crew

Got fed up with the "normal" online life in gta ( random killing blowing up cars, just simply douchebagging ) and thought to take this online gaming to the next level..
So im looking for a crew that plays missions, races, tunes cars, just overall playing like a crew etc.

So is there one?
I play on ps3
currently level about 50
also able to use mic. if necessary
gmt +2

edit. dont have to be a crew or group just coop players to play with

Airs cobra y don't u leave me alone I hate people like u just finding ways to start something I'm just looking for a crew and if u go to Google and look up GTA online news the site keeps u up to date with what rock star is doing and planning. I just signed up for the forums and I already got some idiot going to all of my threads just to make insult people.
