Hacking slowed down?

It's excruciating how slow the combos move now, I used to be able to crack them in 15 seconds but now it's over a minute sometimes. The password one is the worst, it's like watching paint dry.

yes it's slower, i don't know if it's a glich or what rockstar want but it was better before

I think it is based either on your player level or stealth skill. My lvl147 full stealth character has it go slow but my lvl27 1.5 bar stealth character it just flies by.

 

This is just a guess but it would make sense based on having to level up skills.

Not sure if you ever played "Rich men in Richman" That mission has a hack at the gate, and it's f*cking brutal. They might have fixed that though.

 

The others I haven't noticed it being slower, I can do those in seconds still.

I think it's depends on your lung capacity. I didn't bother with maxing it on my second character for ages and hacking was stupidly fast, it was really slow after I maxed it out.

Because R* f*cked up... you think a mission that takes 1minute should be the highest payout in the game?

 

I think it's suppose to be called High Priority Case... that mission pays like $2,500 and takes a good bit of effort. Also it has a roof.

 

Will R* fix it correctly? f*ck no... expect Roofless Rumble to pay out $500 next patch.

The mission and amount you get paid makes sense. That document is extremely wanted by Martin so he pays you killer for it.

However the name is a total mess up.

Interesting... I have always had my lung capacity up from early Coveted farming I'd go for a dip while the noobs tried to wreck the cargobob. Maybe that's why I never seem to have to much of a problem? Weird as hell mechanic.

All of my stats have been maxed for a long time, the speed of the hacking changed with the recent update, not my any of my stats that I could see. Getting through the number sequence has always been easy, now it's too easy. Waiting for the letters to roll around on the password is frustrating as all hell, meanwhile I'm getting shot at by Merryweather and cops because it's taking so damn long.

They slowed it down so the guys with Chrome cars could play too
