Need a talented emblem creator

My buddy just started up a crew. And the emblem creator just isnt easy to work with. I was wondering if someone who was good at making emblems would be willing to help us out.

Ive tried making it. Didnt work out well. Now if this was Forza id have this thing made in 15 minutes. Spent an hour on it and all i got was this.

 

Figured it was worth a shot asking if anyone was interested in helping.

I thought they fixed it to where people cant do SVG anymore?

Those are the preset emblems by Rockstar, he probably just changed the colors of the layers.
