I just blew up a level 22's personal vehicle in Rooftop Rumble. On purpose, for no reason. Poor guy ragequit instantly. I actually feel sorry, didn't see he was a low level.

I get the feeling that he wanted to start a thread just because he unlocked the tattoo.
