Auto Shotgun

I don't use shotguns but when i do i use the Pump Shotgun, not some sh*t shotgun like the Assault Shotgun

 

Speaking of Shotguns, R* should add a Hunting Shotgun, like a Double Barrel

it's damage is fine it just has way to much effectiveness at ranges if they just decreased the range of it then there would be a lot less complaining about it.

 

Have you ever used a shotgun? It's not a short range weapon. It throws a handfull of lead downrange with every pull of the trigger. WTF do you think that will do to a human body? It is specifically designed to be OP IRL, and should be just as OP in video games, IMHO. Rapid fire just makes it better.

 

Why not whine that rifles and pistols are OP? They only throw one projectile at a time and can chew up your armor and health just as fast or faster.

 

I enjoy cutting griefers in half with the autoshotty. I want them to complain about it. That's the reason I use it.

 

As has been stated, be glad rockstar didn't make the autoshoty shoot slugs, because then you'd really have something to complain about.

its a bitch gun so people who cant aim feel equal to those who can,even if 2 of the 6 pellets hit it does full damage of the six,takes little to no skill to wield it.

Ya, they are too O/P. Just like the RPG, I can die in 1 hit. Who came up with this? I should be able to survive a few magazines and rockets at least............

NPCs in survival rocking these can mess your sh*t up. Same with that dude in Ammunation.

 

Personally I use the pump shotgun a lot more. Thing is so satisfying. A 32 round auto shotty is fun to use in stores and scare the sh*t out of a clerk, though.

 

As far as, pvp, I don't care. I gave up on pvp in this game a while ago. Just not my thing to say the least.

Nothing is 'too powerful'. There is no 'overkill', only 'fire' and 'I need to reload'.

I agree with you on the weapon suggestions but do not under estimate the brute force and decent range with the auto shotgun. It is by far my favorite gun in the game and pretty much the only weapon I need on Rooftop Rumble.
