I have played the game up to Daddy's little girl-mission and none of the clothing stores are open and their icons don't show on the map! They should be open right after Franklin&Lamar-mission I think.. E:Just did a bit research and they seem to unlock after Friend Request which is my next mission .. This thread can be locked!
