I overheard that my neighbour's friend's dogs owner, who's fathers friend works as a cleaner opposite rock stars HQ heard that the receptionist saw The Benz leave with a file that said 1.12 and was overheard on the phone talking about heists. This definitely means that heists will be released in the next patch.

Wanted to move apartments but maybe I'll just wait. Would be awesome to have a mansion out in the hills as well as an apartment somewhere else.

The only thing Rockstar has done that makes me think something will happen soon is changing the spawn location from "Apartment" to the name of the location. That makes me think of mansions coming out soon and Rockstar is preparing for it, but even then I'm stretching it a bit. At least what I'm saying is based on what has happened rather than a silly Reddit post.
