[Guide] Bring the HUGE CargoPlane to FR

This is a guide for anyone who wants to bring the huge Cargo plane online without visual glitches or damage. Mainly created for noobs but anyone can use it.

Part One
Setting it up:
A. On your SP game, take any flying vehicle and get in the air high enough and way from any objects. Ideally, you want to be somewhere near Los Santos International Airport (LSI)

B. Create a quick save by using the in game phone.

C. Quit GTA and use a USB stick and send your newest save file to the USB stick.

D. Copy the folder to your PC and also make a backup just in case.

E. Use xb36Hazard's save editor to change your current vehicle to the Cargo plane and in the advanced options, set everything to 128.
You can also change the colour of the plane. Not sure if anything else (armor, turbo etc will stick)

F. Save and port the save back onto your console.

You only need to do this once.

Part Two
Bringing Online:
1. Load up GTA and head online.

2. Making sure you Personal Vehicle is either destroyed or in the garage, head over to LSI using the map below:


3. Use the character select wheel to go to SP. (doesn't matter who you choose)

4. Go back online using the wheel. You should be stood in the same place.

5. Start the sp2mp glitch.

6. When in SP, load your save.

7. Land the plane as shown and once down, reverse back so you tail is just on the "U" turn.


8. Finish the sp2mp glitch.

9. Back in MP, you will need to destroy a fence to gain access to the airport:

Part Three
2+ players version, (even easier):

1. While in GTA Online, have your friend(s) hang out at LSI and decide on a runway your going to land at. Make sure they are nearby and not actually on the said runway.

2. Start the sp2mp glitch.

3. When in SP, load your save.

4. Land the plane on said runway.

5. Finish the SP2MP glitch by signing back in and getting your friend to invite you.

6. When you are back online, you may spawn anywhere but, as long as your friend(s) are at the airport, the plane will be there too.

Notes:

• If you are having problems getting inside, make your player crouch before pressing enter vehicle.

• If the plane is hovering online, try again. You can shoot the plane down with a single shot but it will be to damaged to fly for long.

• Before inviting friends to your session, make sure your in control of the plane or else it will despawn.

• If you want to get in the Cargo bay, get into the cockpit and press exit vehicle then hold the left analogue stick to the left if your a passenger or right if your the pilot.

• If you want to get out of the cargo bay, you need your friend to attempt a barrel roll, you should fall out of the roof.

I have been bringing cars from SP2MP for a while and decided to bring something bigger... much bigger.

 

After playing around with the plane for a few days, I have figured out the in's and outs, the landing at LSI is Ninja_gears idea, I was taking the more challenging approach by landing at Sandy Shores lol.

Hm u mention ninjas gears name even though I suggested the airport and posted it before him..... just saying.

 

After looking more closely at the picture it does look like my cargo plane with my colors.

 

Therefore the two threads were made possible by yours truly the jokes on me I guess lol.

 

Fyi that runaway spot is not gud enough the one I mention is better for taking off.

Sorry, I never saw your post but he did give me a pic (although I decided to make my own in the end lol)

 

I wish we could just spawn in the damn airport, would make it so much simpler.
