Just curious, what is the best vehicle (except airplanes/helicopters/submarine/boats) to escape from bounty hunters? Best traction, speed, etc.

anyone worth their salt would lay stickies or RPG the locomotive. Then you're dead on the tracks...

The safest vehicle is the mini sub, but the safest practical vehicle is the jet. People will only catch you with other jets and you can always stay ahead of them and make risky maneuvers.

I would say the Entity XF, but people will come after you with a buzzard anyway, so you might as well use a tank

I killed a dozen of ppl on trains with a Jet, It just blows the entire train sky high lol.

Entity is from what I've experience. It climbs mountains really well for a supercar not designed for it, and the rear window.

Whatever vehicle you are in you have no escape from an ace jet pilot i have destroyed three tanks with the jets mg's. I once cleared a whole lobby got six bounties and one was super close to his garage but he dead...

I have killed about 5 bounties in a sub,

 

First I find my own sub, put a sticky on it, go to the bounty, most of the times they let you come close because they think none can do anything, get next to it and BOOM!!

Obviously the entity since its fast enough to be always in front, and bulletproof at the rear. Plus it's 4 wheel drive to fly over mountains.

Oy ve. An entity can out maneuver a buzzard, at least until you can find cover to shoot him out of it. Momentum sucks for helicopters.
