Open you're GTA IV EFLC 3. Click F4 or F3 to open the menu Controls : 8 Numpad= Up 4 Num=Left 6 Num=Right 2 Num = Down 5 Num = Ok 0 Num = Back4.Search Model Spawning and press 4 Num(left) and Search Model by Name5.Enter model name "ig niko" and press Enter Note : To Change Voice to Niko Bellic Voice 1.open model spawning 2.search for Voice Options or whatever3.Search Niko Normal and Click 5 Num(Ok)Finish.Sorry for my bad English !
