Just encountered a glitch

So I just did a mission for Simeon, specifically Blow Up III, and I went to the Ammunation with Range right next to his dealership after destroying the cars, and after buying some armor, my character is now frozen at the counter and cannot move or bring up the cell phone, but I can still bring up the pause menu. So yea, pretty serious glitch since I cannot complete the mission unless I were to turn off the system, or exit to story mode, and re-enter online and do it over again.

I actually stopped at a different Ammunation with Range before destroying the cars to buy some armor and I could still move, so it only happens after destroying them, however I don't know if it will happen at all the Ammunations, or just the one right next to his dealership.
