Keep switching back to Trevor in singleplayer and sometimes it will cut to a scene of him tying up a man underneath the pier at the beach. As soon as you get control of him turn arond and you will see a black Speedo van.

 

Take said van and perform Sp>Mp glitch...

That's simply not true. I've only been able to have the HT Manana spawn for me on three separate occasions in invite only sessions. Speedo I've never seen.

 

And yeah, I have no idea what the OP is trying to say here.
