Spectating Glitch?

Is anyone else having a problem where when they are in spectate mode they will be teleported to the player's position that is being spectated, turned invisible, invincible, and unable to move?

 

I was just sitting in my apartment watching a player rob a store and I was teleported to there location and suffered from the items listed above.

happened to me once during rooftop rumble

 

mine was weirder though cuz it told me my other teammate had died, even though he was still playing the mission

Yeah, I couldn't shoot the player, but if I sticky bombed a car near them the car would explode and kill them. Cops couldn't hurt me either.

i had something similar happen to me in a survival , i died but the screen stayed on my dead body and my health and armor bars were empty and then about a minute later the message saying that I was not participating and that players could kick me out flashed even though i was dead

i was in my apartment spectating a modder who had an automatic rpg so when the camera zoomed in front of the modder my screen went black and said i died so i spawned a block away from the modder

This could definitely be used to some advantage, but it's really more of an inconvenience at this point.
