Can't Drive Other's PV's During Missions?

Even when my friends have vehicle access set to "everyone", it won't let ne drive their cars...

 

It will only let me sit in the passenger's seat.

It's only that GTA V Onlne has gone beyond what a videogame is, it's almost real life so your buddy has to give you the key for you to be able to start the car.

Never heard of this. My guess is your friends are messing with you and not setting vehicle access to "Everyone".

 

Drive your own car and ditch your friends.
