Crew ranking not working

So I joined a new crew. I started at level 17 straight away for some reason. Anyway on social club it was ranking up normally but even now iv passed level 17 it still says 17 on ps3 I'm passed level 20 on social club so should of unlocked certain things but it won't let me get them in game

 

Anyone any ideas. Thanks

Happened to me with my current clan. It seems as though the ranking is a bit messed up on the online component of the rankings, what's shown on the social club is what your true rank is. In-game it was saying I was rank 60 or so in my crew, but when I went onto the social club I was like, 27 or something. As you mentioned, you started at level 17. I think that has something to do with it, in-game starting off a bit far ahead of what your actual rank is.

do you stil have the correct rank related unlocks available to you in game?

No that's what I mean in trying to unlock the tyre smoke at level 35 but the level unlocks arnt working so iv wasted my time. Still says I'm level 17 in game

remove and rejoin was gonna be my next suggestions, sucks that youll lose the level 17 you already ahve, but realistically that will take about 2 hours of gameplay to get back so beter to do it sooner rather than later buddy

 

if that doesnt work, try unlinking then relinking your gamer tag to your social club, theres reports that can resolve it too

Deleted and rejoined and I'm still randomly level 17 lol. I was level 17 magically when I first joined but it stays like. On social club it goes up normal. Like level 5 then level 15 level 21 level 35 but always says 17 in game grrrrrr

Yeah, got the same thing. Ingame rank is 61 but on the social club it shows correct (79). I read somewhere that if you unlink your gamertag from the social club, play for a bit then relink it, it fixes it up. Havent been game to try it yet tho.
