have you been driving then all of sudden you look at the mini map and big red dot pops up. So next thing you know it is coming to you and is trying to kill you. Who is this and who sent them. Also its not mercenary and not a bounties. I know its a Npc and thats all I know

You must have hit an npc, some will come chasing after you. They will appear as red dots.

Yes OP...I've seen it a couple of times...I think it might be NPCs you pissed off for whatever reason (crashing into them)...like the way a lot of NPCs come after you after jacking their car, the big red dot just means they are still in the car.

OP, it was probably either an angry pedestrian or the sentinel hitman. He can drive any car basically, mostly a sentinel xs. He uses a micro smg and can drive quite rapidly, try to run you off the road and shoot you from his car.

 

I've had many encounters with him...I like him.

Yeah, it's the Sentinel guy usually.

 

Nine times out of ten, he'll pass by after you finish a mission, particularly ones that end at Martin's house. Which makes him an excellent source of the somewhat-rare Sentinel XS,

that big red dot is an npc that is a gang member or a armed civilian, that is mad at you because you crashed their car.

 

they are always armed with either a pistol or micro msg.

the sentinel guy ran me over yesterday.

I spawned to free roam after a job, my car on the other side of the street. I ran across the road towards my car and the guy hits me with full force and I flew through the air Didn't see him coming. (no dot)

I had just delivered a car to Simeon, stole the nearest vehicle I could to get back to the main city, which turned out to be a cargo truck.

 

I then decide to have some fun with the heavy vehicle by crashing sideways into cars going the same direction to run them off the road.

 

One NPC gets mad and chases me, ramming into the back of my truck, so I stop to see what he does.

 

He gets out, runs over to my truck, pulls me out and then gets in the truck and drives off.

 

But when I get in his car he left behind to go crash into him (in the truck) again, I get a $3000 bounty on my head.

you mean this guy, some fancy footwork to dodge his car. and go after him sometimes he draws a sub machine gun.

Okay, now I want to play some Martin missions again, because I don't remember ever seeing sentinal hitman. Then again, my mind is usually on other things in the game.
