Some say it's rare, some say it isn't. All I know, is that I have found several, so I do not personally think it's rare.

 

Secondly, if you are even considering to keep that piece of sh*t because it's rare, then you deserve it. Because that's exactly what it is, a piece of sh*t. Perhaps one of the worst cars I've driven in GTA online. Just my 2 cents.

Prooobably because its a 80s american land yacht, 70s and 80s in america produced the worst power-giving V8s ever, 300 hp and a top speed of 80 MPH.

Its based off of a Cadillac, with front end being the only different part really. Also what the person above me says; at least the Land yacht part.
