Ok I don't know how/if this can be done with the recent sp/mp patches (and this car disappeared from my SP save file), but:

 

Vehicle: Epsilon Tailgater

 

Plate Text: (exactly what it says on that Tailgater) Kifflom

 

Color: The original color of the Epsilon Tailgater

 

Tires/tire smoke: Bulletproof tires and Patriot tire smoke if possible, if not blue tire smoke...but I can mod it myself.

I got the Karin Snipe. It's got a special code on it so when you drive it into lsc, you can change the suspension more than you usually can.
