I suggest trying to find an 'active' thread elsewhere to get help. Twitter and Instagram have tons of people who bring in cars/glitch also.

The type of wheels on a vehicle do not change performance at all. The wheels do need to be save edited though.

The type of tyres drastically affects performance, be it road cars, super cars or bikes. Try putting tuner wheels on a RWD car and watch it slide everywhere. Put off roads on and irk be about a second faster over dirt
