I had one in my garage a while back - one of the patches wiped it from my garage. Can't imagine its 'storable' again unless they messed up their garage/vehicle check system with 1.11 (like the snow emperor)

The Phantom, in the early patches of Online, was able to be saved in garages and made a PV, however not anymore. It's not storable.

If so I was hoping somebody could get me a Surano, the way it normally comes when you buy it (I think it comes in convertible form only hopefully), with a Yankton plate (not blank or custom just a regular plate).
