ok, where to start? 1: if you don't want anything "illegal", don't ask for safe edited vehicles that get imported from SP. 2: yes, it can just be stored like that. 3: what text do you want on your plate? or what numbers? 4: wouldn't you like it to be at least a little bit unique? cause there's the option to remove that little duck tail spoiler. 5: body modifications: the Phoenix has a sh*t ton of upgrades that change its appearance in quite a significant way. if you can't tell me which spoiler/bumpers etc. you want it might not end up like you want it. 6; once again, if what you want can just as well be achieved by going to LSC, it's not really necessary to ask for it here. this here car has a little justification cause it can be hard to come by for some people, but if it were a car that is buyable i'd just flat out deny this request.
