Over time and with different game updates, do you think we'll ever get to see The Mile High Club fully built?

If it becomes fully built, with an interior and all, it wouldn't be available for all those missions replays that feature it being a construction site (architect's plans), now would it?

I think the fully built one should only be available once you complete the story.

Don't forget that optional hotel assassination there, along with that random event where you have to use that bulldozer to get those pipes away from that gas truck

I'd say those who have completed those missions as well should be able to see the fully built club, or if not 100% should suffice, although I need to work on my progress as i'm only 91% complete.

Yeah, reliable. Making no progress at all in a half a year is really reliable! :)

Still more reliable than whoever's making that hotel in Pyongyang. What's it been, like 10 years without putting any electricity or finishings in?

Yeah I remember that from Mercenaries 1 on the PS2. :p

Maybe the mile high club will meet the same fate?

Well there has to be a somewhat finished model (albeit maybe low poly and texture) as there is a pic of it on the side showing it complete. Or it could be an artist rendition thing.

Edit: Here's the pic I was talking about.

Map objects cannot change over time. Despite GTA V 's advanced HD graphics, it still uses old fashioned Flip Map technology to change drawn map features.

This means Flip Map could be used but it would mean a suddenly complete building, not a progressive completion.

In that pyongyang hotel there is electricity indeed. But only in a few rooms, since there is noone in the country that really has the money or status to check in it. There is also no need for lights to orient planes cause there is only one plane, and it is the presidential one. Helicopters, fighter jets and flying saucers aren't allowed to fly within pyongyiang city air limits.

On Topic: I would like it to be added, just like that structure in the beach, but that seems impossible, since it would interfere in missions already mentioned, and change A LOT the structure they have made for the city.. That construction site is awesome for some shootouts tho.

I'm still waiting for that crane by Liberty Paper to finish its job...

I don't think it'll change, just like that building (or whatever it is) in Algonquin near the Liberty Paper and the reopening of the carnival at Hove Beach.

I don't know. There is a building in paleto bay that is ALWAYS on fire and destroyed.

If anything it will be burnt down to make for more weapon and car DLC`s.

That building also changed using Flip Map technique. Thats why it's always burning.

I would love to think that it will be completed and turned into a new interior for us during a future dlc, but I really doubt it. We can dream though

We won't ever see it completed - it's a building site, and always will be. Every GTA game since III has had a building site.

The construction site is actually pretty fun to mess around in and if they did complete it then it just might be worse for the world. We don't need another massive un-enterable square just like all the other buildings in the city are. At least with the construction site you can mess with the workers and take the lift up to jump off. I wouldn't mind seeing Yusef from gay tony buy it though and we get some missions from him that has something to do with it.

Which building site? I can't recall any construction sites in IV that got finished as the game progressed.

The only construction site that I can recall is Castle Gardens in Broker, and that was always a construction site...

There was also that road being repaired near the UL Paper office and Yusef's construction site in southern Algonquin.

maybe there will be a new gtav game like tbogt or tlad and it is set after the story of mike frank and trevor.

and then the building is finished and you can enter

I was going to post the exact same thing, but I used the search.

I really hope they add this in future DLCs and also make it accessible.

This was what I was thinking. Probably will be paid DLC though....but i'm sure it's well worth it and I'll probably buy it anyways just for the hell of it.

It wouldve been cool if it had been built up during the story, finally finishing when the story finished, or have any use to it at all in the story instead of being a gigantic waste of space. But sadly we get what we're given.

Yep and it's always been like this.

I remember when I played GTA III 12 years ago, and it pissed me off that they didn't finish that building:

And here we are now. The same thing with beautiful graphics:
