Camera glitch on survivals and missions

Hey guys i found a glitch yesterday when i joined a friends mission, my friend was driving and after a few minutes the camera stopped and i wasnt viewing anymore, i was floating in mid air and i could use my guns but couldnt see my character.

 

 

Also on survival i died and the camera half tilts to the ground and the people alive can hear me on mic. Also after a few minutes of being dead it came up on the screen that i havent contributed to the survival for over 2 minutes, but i was dead

yep happened to me twice, not able to move the only thing you can do is shooting ... never seen this glitch before the last update
