Snow cars BACK ?

So I signed on a friend joined my session and he was at eclipse towers with a snow emperor so i blew it up has anyone else seen them around and are they storable again ?

yes, police cars are back too, I was doing a mission with randoms and one of them had the Interceptor as his PV. I tried to glitch myself one but failed miserably. I lost 4 cars because of that
