What car sells for the Most Customized? (Non premuim)

My friend has millions and he's willing to share by customizing a car and having me sell it. Which car sells for most?

Even Fully chromed with Custom Tyres and High end rims. Each mod adds 10% of it's value to the selling value.

 

Back when I had billions I used to do this and the Felong would get usually 190-250K

My Schwartzer sold for 154k, buts that's because I purchased it from Southern San Andreas Super Autos. Best car that doesn't cost anything is Franklins Buffalo, I'm guilty of bringing this online and selling it for 141k a number of times. Doesn't cost a penny, the method is easy and you don't earn that much more than people grinding from missions, as you can only sell a car every 45minutes.
