Destoryed Insured Car Glitch

I had in insured Phoenix when someone in a tank blew it up. I called Mors Mutual but they did't answer. My mechanic says it's still destroyed. Help?

Send Rockstar a complaint which they wont really respond to or wait for patch 1.12 which wont fix the problem.

Nothing you can do, except sending Rockstar an email telling them what happened. Then hope for a response, and some type of re-emburssment
