My friend just got 3 world records in 10 minutes on CR.

 

I told him it wasn't possible, so amIright?

On xbox the world record for one lap on criminal records is half of a second...

Report them for cheating.

I'm not gonna do that, I dunno if it's a bug or what.

 

Edit: They may have reset lap times since he got records of 30 seconds...

Had that happen on my 2nd character when I was spamming criminal records to unlock mods.

Wish I could get it to repeat on my main character...

I gave up on that sh*t alongggg time ago. I don't care about having all the awards. The two that are the hardest to obtain are the hole in one, and the world record holder.

Call it a coincidence but apparently I just set a world record on Lost and Found. I've got the award and the tattoo. PS3 as well.

I was lucky enough to get a world record on Grand Tour when I was the first to race it, but now all the times are fu*ked up.

Probably. A few weeks ago I broke the world record for Down the Drain with an unmodified Elegy RH8. I was dumbfounded.

Usually a bug that pops up when the cloud servers are acting up and it can't read the World Records for whatever reason, it then thinks there are no world records.

 

On a side note, I'd love to see them reset all of the lap times because most of the Top ones are impossible.

Like clockwork, someone on my friends list just set a world record on Down the Drain, I just got one of those fancy shmancy in-game push notifications saying so.

 

Bout to switch to my main and see if I can get it for him too.

Spot on. My main had the world record for fastest lap in CR 1.04 sec. Wth? It just glitched and gave me the record for no reason during a turbo start.

The most f*cked up ones are the bicycle races, some of the WR's are set with Bati 801 bikes. Last time I checked you couldn't peddle a Bati

I just got a world record. there is a problem with the servers. you can't even load the current records atm in game. keep calm. it is a bug/server issue

The Record holder was by far the easiest...if you were on day one.

Taking Off: 0:47 seconds...

Obviously I don't the hold the record anymore, what with all the 0:002 second records out now.

No matter what race I do right now, even after backing out and restarting, it keeps telling me I'm setting a world record. So something is buggy right now. Tried looking up the times on the Rockstar Social Club but they won't show. It lists there as being none. Luckily I'm not worried about the Platinum Award since I did that a couple days ago in Rally on one of the new races (I was purposely going for a record then solely for the award and only like 8 people played it in Rally).

Must be a bug I just set it in CR, it was reset when I started. EVERYONE get your WR in now

i set a world record along time ago and when i recently started playing online again i noticed it. was going to go for all awards when i realized i already had it. was dreading having to do it until i noticed it lol.

Just did 9 laps cutting cornoners gta race traffic on, wanted levels on, had so much fun with a 5 star wanted level and cops in my Infernus.

Will definitely do this again.

World record times are pointless. I actually just got one myself on my alternate account and I got one on my main account a long time ago.

Everyone on my friends list who I've told is setting them LOL. Hurry folks before they fix it run Criminal Records solo for one lap.

It's been a glitch since day one. Almost everyone gets world records when they aren't even close.
