Futo: The best drift car. I'm not going into the whole thing, but people who say you can drift, drift with this.

 

Ruiner: Trans-Am I think.

 

Sultan: WRC dirt car. Climb a mountain with it because that'd what it should be doing. Also, the Lancer/Lexus/Subaru debate.

I've got one! The only slightly disappointing thing about it is that the only clean version you can get has a surfboard on the roof.

It spawns in one particular location once a day - at 10pm I think it was. Bit tricky to get but totally worth it.

I only use it for one purpose - solo session, HUD off and go driving around exploring, armed with nothing but Snapmatic...

Actually there are 3 versions of the Surfer. Rusty, clean and clean with board. Clean and clean with board seem to share spawn spots. With board may be more common. There are at least 3 spawn points. Beach by the airport LSC, east coast beach level with the north city along a U shaped road (gang attack area) and the best one - north of fort zancudo across the next bridge take a dirt road on the right that loops back under the bridge to a small beach that spawns surfers and clean rebels amongst other things. Most of the SURF crew have picked them up there - when new members join in on a cruise without one we head there and one always spawns easily.

Just saved a hardtop Manana and I didnt even know it was rare haha found it at the airport LSC while looking for a baller to sell.

The map here http://gtaforums.com/topic/631732-bf-surfer-appreciation-thread-show-us-your-camper/?p=1063798238 shows the beach where surfers and rebels spawn with the dirt road to take marked in red... If you find a surfer in a public session the safest plan is to go north to Paleto for insurance.

Note clean boardless surfers in the foreground. My first one was clean, boardless and found at the spot linked above.
