It seems like they spent most of their time and effort on first layer tops and less so on second layers. The jacket/hoodie department is pretty lackluster, the denim jackets for gals are pretty ugly, and not enough leather jackets, and there's only one style, would love to see different styles of them. Also letterman jackets. And windbreakers. And pullover hoodies, not zip-up.

Safehouses in the countryside. Seriously, the countryside is so useless in this game.
I've always to 'reside' by the countryside and inhabit it. A safehouse by grapeseed or sandy shores would be really nice, the Alamo Sea is absolutely gorgeous.

I want a friendly free roam and a hardcore mode. My idea of hardcore would be no radar, no mini map and no map when you pause it. I think that would be cool.

1. Limit the tanks armament to a realistic payload, instead of its unlimited ammo, and almost semi auto succession it has sending shells downrange.

 

2. Bigger Jerry Can, for my chrome patrols.

 

3. Night or thermal goggles, would work nicely out in the Senora Desert, Paleto Forest, and mountainous regions etc.

 

4. Lots of other things as well but I won't count my blessings
