You also have a personal "mechanic" but since he can't actually fix/mod your car, isn't he just a driver?.... Or a deliverer because he can't actually drive you.

the least we should be able to do is store the things we buy for the cars, example the rims...

 

its senseless that i buy a set if rims, change then, and if i want the first set of rims i had i have to pay full price for them again.

right, your mechanic maintains and delivers your vehicles while the LSC upgrade/mod them. if we were able to upgrade in our own garage then why even have the LSC right? well there are those players that don't own garages, so there needs to be somewhere for them to go. really though the LSC is there for a reason and that's all there is to it. there's no reason for us to be able to upgrade/mod in our garages. also not that it really matters, but only the 10car has a lift. the 2-6car only have jacks and creepers at most. even from looking at it that way there's still no reason to be able to.
