80% of my cars have the clown horn too. (Probably because the other one's are overpriced.) And it's funny.

I often see random NPC drivers popping into the air after hitting a pothole. Its the GTA III Hydraulics cheat all over again !!

 

If I had the option to have hydraulics, I would only have a single vehicle to actually use it on. Would much rather prefer to have a list of all vehicular horns in the game along with a new Blaring Horn for the firetrucks. They deserve the respect and shouldn't be damned with a standard truck horn. Unless its garbage, I typically use the standard horn. Only exception to this is any vehicle I decorate to be an undercover vehicle; they receive a cop horn.

I only use the stock horn, or the truck horn.

The other ones are neat, but abused by idiots.

I am thinking about getting an adder again, so I might put one on that, just because it fits the car.
