Another thing I am noticing today is that the race payouts seem to be huge. The screen says numbers like $480 or $503 for a sol race, but after I do about 6 races, it seems like I have $10K to $15K in cash racked up. I don't understand, but I like it!

 

Perhaps Rockstar is recognizing the miserable plight of all the new low levels that have started playing the game in the past couple of months. First, the DLC has some decent weapons that are not level-locked, and then this 1.5X RP weekend, and then these seemingly buffed solo race payouts come along. Wow! I think it's great, because low level players can get so discouraged playing GTA0.

LOL. Great post. I wish I knew about it earlier... just messing with you. Great write up for the people who don't know how to play GTA5 online. This race also gives more money than the $585 posted in the payout screen. BTW I'm not hating on you. There are double and triple posts anyway for everything. I even clicked "LIKE" on your post OP.

This isn't the fastest method. Here is the fastest:

 

Online > Jobs > Host Job > Rockstar VERIFIED > Races > Drift King

 

It might be a PS3 only race but I get 4500 RP at level 174 for completing the race in 55 seconds.

what is the point in this when your lvl 120+ ?

Hey guys, this works with any point-to-point race. I just created a race that takes 40 seconds and I got 3263 RP. I'm at level 67, so it might be even more at 100.

Right now I'm goofing around with the content creator to make a race in less than 30 seconds for max RP. So far so good. My alt account (rank 32) is getting 1950 RP for a race that takes 30.5 seconds.

 

1950 RP for 22.9 seconds. Slowly making it better and better.

 

Alright, 1950 RP for 21.8 seconds. This is the best I can make it. Its funny how it says I'm getting $503 but in reality I'm getting $3878. Great RP and cash.

^ I just noticed that also. I'm getting around $4,000 each time I do a solo race (I'm doing this on a .88 mile custom race I made). Might as well grind the sh*t out of this glitch while it's still happening people.

yeah i totally agree hear dont understand why you would do a race yourself to gain rp when you dont get anything after 120?? unless i am missing something and there is something more to be gained?

Right now race $ is paying more than what it says it is. I did that math and its about 7.6 times more money per race.

I dont think so, used My second character LvL 10, solo super car in DOwntown underground and only get 1200 RP. Using My main char 90+ gives 4350 even with the sport Jester , 1Lap

I'm did Drift King and get 4500/4600 RP per minute. I am a level 152 though.

Just to add to my last comment. It seems the stunt jump can be taken multiple times in a single race and you get credit for each jump.

 

On a whim I thought I'd try it out and managed to clear all my stunt jumps for the Lime paint in a single race. Should be useful to others who want the Lime paint.
