The Sultan is better, stat wise, in every single way. The Intruder is just rarer.

Sultan. Speedy, cheap, fun little car. The insurance premium is like $150, so if it's tanked it's not the end of the world.

Yes, indeed very rare. I fully modded one, but forgot to insure it. Little did I know in the safe streets of Los Santos, some random maniac threw some sticky bomb and detonated my beauty after hours and hours of grinding.
