I used to have that too, simple fix, don't use cctv...

Happens to me to. But only on my main character, on the second one it works fine.

Both own the same garage at Murrieta Heights, only difference is the second character is LvL 11 and only 4 vehicles in garage.

It's a patch issue, I think everyone is experiencing it in some form or another. I get the endless loading screen when I try to turn on Weazel TV.
