Tips for long-distance races

Any worthwhile tips on avoiding people trying to take you out? I tend to pull towards the sides at the start to avoid the people crashing each other out.

I also wanted to ask whether or not the adder better than the entity in long-distance races? I'm asking because I've been told it's harder for people to crash you out in a race because the adder is supposedly heavier and stronger.

Drive clean, Dont Try to knock out other racers, If they try to pit you keep your left stick still and or brake, Get an Entity, an Adder, a Carbonizzare and a Sultan and your set (Y)

Dont turbo start, do full throttle start and keep the gas pedal steady...lol at all the idiots crashing into each other and give them the finger while you drive past them

 

when they catchup and pit you, make sure you block their road so they cant drive past ; if you're going down then make sure you take him down with you. Nothing is funnier than seeing the one who pitted you ending up last and you ending in the top 3

I don't mind it when people pit me but manage to stay on the road - it's just annoying when they spin out too, I mean wtf.

If you play with catch up and slip stream on... Its simply a count down to a cluster f*ck and crashes, intentional or not.

 

Play with catch up off.. Slip Stream off. That will solve constant ramming.

Use brakes at the right time specially corners when 202939 cars crash. You wont crash

hit the gas and steer, brakes are overrated, you can use walls or other players to bounce off off to take a turn.
