Zorvaine Posted March 8, 2014 Share Posted March 8, 2014 So I'm trying to get the hitch lift where there is a businessman who wants a drive to the airport to which he gives you advice on the stock market. I've beat the storyline and I never encountered him before, my Social Club checklist confirms I never met him. I know his exact location yet I've done multiple loads, drove there in different times of the day on different characters at least 25 times now... How do I get him to spawn?
