Best Races to do for Money in GTA Online?

Hi, I was just wondering what's the most amount of Money I can earn from doing a Race in GTA Online?

 

I assume you still get more money if the Race is over 4 minutes although i've been told you can make your own 30 second race, do it solo and get 4,000RP, seems too good to be true...
