the only reason I come to think of is that there are too many retards failing at it, but it's definitely the last thing I would LIKE to do

 

And this attitude is why heists will fail not a personal dig Bozzah, I'm not a huge fan of those annoying keypads either). Everyone will want to be a gunman or a driver and no one will be prepared to take what is looked upon as a less exciting roll. Part of the reason why I will most likely not bother with heists when they are released.

Man, I'd hate that to be responsible for Heists to be not as awesome as they could be. But again, this is a paranoid attention-deficit trigger-happy gaming generation. I'm assuming this is also the same people who enjoy Michael Bay movies no matter how bad some are.

There could be ways around that. If it was up to me, I'd let players choose which one they want to be, and if 2 players choose the same role then it would randomly assign one of them to that role and the other guy to something else.

 

I wouldn't agree to it being a random choice thing; however, it's obvious if you don't partake in a position you have no interest in for the sake of being gun happy you'd miss out on a job cut, because if you're not willing to co-operate then I highly doubt the heist leader will want to share much of the winnings with you no matter how big the payoff is.

Thank you Welshlad for posting the video. Cattafett I'm not worrying about what I do I just have a preference. I wouldn't mind everyone relying on me to give them the time they need to get in and out. Especially as not many people can do the hacking in missions in a short amount of of time.

Remote Six is still discussing heists therefore their comment is valid and quite agreeable. I too could not give a damn about heists and I also believe there will be a lot of disappointment over them as they have been so over-hyped. They'll just be like a regular mission where someone has to hack a keypad and the others have to hold enemies at bay only with a slightly fancy title.

in my opinion to make cut payout balanced , how about this : the cut is actually based on player's stats ( stealth , shooting , driving , flying , strength , lung & stamina ) , example & explaination : if u have are stamina 30/100 - stealth 20/100 - shooting 100/100 - driving 60/100 - flying 30/100 - lung 20/100 - strength 30/100 ur cut will be %10,9 . 10/100 = %1,1 cut , 20/100 = %1,2 cut & 100/100 = %2 cut . if u gained 10 million at robbery with three robber's cut are 10% , 3 million given to three robber whilist leader ( job host ) given rest of the cut ( 7 million ) . so if u maxed all stats ur cut will be 14% just like expert gunmen in single player

It's quite a well thought out idea. I think it would work quite well like that as long as everyone didn't have all the stats maxed.

at least the this feature didn't implemented : the leader decide how much money given the crew and the crew decide fair or not . if not fair , shootout free for all will initated and if someone managed to take bag full of money from heist , they get all money whilist failed ones don't

because reason is players most likely use unfair ways to take the bag ( such as RPG , even it's considered fair weapon but it instanly kill player if caught explosion )
