For Those Seeking the Clean Karin Rebel

Spotted one on the beach by the Palomino Highlands deathmatch at approximately 24:00 .... and then proceeded to get it stuck in rocks off the beach for about 5 minutes. I don't have any room in my garage, but it appeared it could be stored (got the "you must replace a current car in your garage" message instead of the "you cannot store this vehicle", could put a tracker on it at lsc, etc.)

Clean ones can be seen in a couple of places on the map....

Once you know where to look they are easy to find. But you have to find the one with the accessories you want (either of the off road bumpers and/or the roof lights) as you can not add them at LSC. I have spent hours trying to get the right one with no joy. Why in the hell would R* do this?

I actually modded my first vehicle the other day because the clean rebel i wanted doesn't spawn although there is a code for it.

 

Roof lights and baja bumper aka marty mcfly edition. The one i made got deleted due to an insurance glitch but i got one duped from a friend with the same mods.

 

 

If you want to just go with a stock one, you can swim out into the water at the beach where they spawn and then swim back in. The style of rebel will usually change. I think there are 4 styles that actually spawn. Baja bar, brush guard, roof lights, and none of the above.

but they spawn like the one in the picture. i saw one yesterday, but i didnt keep it i waited for one without anything in the front.

I dunno, seemed okay when I took it for a drive but I wasn't interested in keeping it. Still, lot of people like it and others have mentioned spots along the water by the lighthouse and fort - just wanted to throw out a spot that might be a tad more convenient to the city.

Are you sure it had the lights on top? They don't normally spawn that way.

Personally I have never seen one with roof lights in free roam online, driving around in a rusty one also gets clean ones to spawn, see them all over sandy shores I spent all of 10mins looking for a clean one last night.

 

 

Also I presume regulars on here are aware of the rusty rebel truck bed bug where you can have the roof lights/truck bed bars as well as the large wheel arches if you hover over the appropriate truck beds in the correct order (don't know it off top of my head but it's easy to figure out)

they do spawn with lights on top, but they don't spawn with both lights and the brush guard on the front. you only get one or the other.

I found one on a beach near MC, i was stoked til i realized you can't mod the clean one like the rusty one. Looks like my Ratloader is getting more dust collecting time, i was going to replace it with a clean Rebel, boourns to that.
