Everyone has glitched at one point or another, in any game. The thing is, people are narrow-minded and think that there is only one kind of glitching, cheating. Naturally, they'll generalize, lie and claim, "o nu, i dun glitch, i teh goodest person evar," out of some pathetic form of self-righteousness.

 

Glitches come in hundreds of colors, not all of them give you advantages or harm others.

Ok, tell me what glitches I have done. Simple fact is I have never myself glitched. Been the unwitting victim of glitches/hacks as most of us were but I have never myself done a glitch. You can call me self righteous or whatever but I am just stating the truth.

Your telling me that you have never accidently found yourself running on the ocean bed when you should have floated?

 

What about putting pearlescent paint on matt paint

 

Or have taken a ride in a snow car

 

Or have a cargo bob online?

 

Or had a friend dupe a car for you even if you didn't ask for it, I bet you sold it.

 

What about driving about car into the back of the titan? Rockstar just patched that so it must have been classed abouts glitching.

I did have a friend mod probably 10 or so cars for me to sell during the billionaire days. So I guess that's about 1 million $$ of dirty money I've had but I've never glitched.

 

Edit: Depends on the glitch. I've played Coveted before and knowingly dropped the container in the water in order to finish quicker. I've stored the Felon from Out of court settlement way back and profited from that too. So I guess I'm not clean. Never LSC glitched, duped a car, modded/hcked the game in any way.

Was proud to say NEVER a few months back, since online drew it's first breath..... but then they started removing the hard to find cars I'd searched ages for and then modified and then I got 'given' millions by someone I never knew and then they took that and even more GTA$ away that I had in the first place and then tried to get me to buy their overpriced crap and the very cars I had taken away from me in the first place!

 

Add to that the invincibles walking about which you only realise they are, after they've murdered you in cold blood 5 times and all the others doing the 'glitches' so that they can spend an arsenal of fire power on you........ It's no longer gun fighting but bazooka shootouts!!! Free roam is ruined for me.

 

I have taken back what I see as fair with compensation and interest.

 

I will now return with my two characters back to GTAO to kill and murder whilst in a certain amount of comfort and live a peaceful, quiet life.

but I did once but it was a wall glitch and it was actually in order to sneak in off radar and kill someone else that had also used the glitch and was luring people to him by having a bounty on his head..

I've never glitched or even felt the need to. Frankly, glitchers don't bother me too much themselves, what bothers me is the ones who don't own it, claiming "it's R*'s fault because...". Bullsh*t, YOU made a conscious decision to do it, nobody forced you or coerced you, be a man and own up to it.

Cheat/glitching? No way. How dull that would be. No satisfaction earning stuff. Experiencing getting from the very bottom to the top has been fun. If you mean glitching per se... Yes, do it all the time. Constantly getting trapped in the room between outside and my garage in Integrity Way Apartments. Wish I could find a glitch to get me out of that rather than having to join a new session each time. My partner got modded cash in the first day of us playing... Bought everything. Got bored quickly and now never plays... Lol

I'm right now in a session with players, most seem to be squeakers, with levels over 500 to 1000... All of them chatting on how to go about firing flames from weapons etc. not even gonna bother going to look as a few are complaining that they can't kill each other because they've all got some invincibility mode on. Only glitch I ever did was getting the Hijak Khamelion without collector's edition. When I realized invisible dlc cars were annoying I sold it and got a Futo.

Does doing the pearlescent on matte paint job count as glitching? because if so, then yeah I glitch, if not, then no I don't. I did accidentally get a $2billion bounty once, but when that happened I stopped playing until it was removed.

I've never glitched a dime nor have I ever glitched anything that would give me an advantage over another player.

 

I have however glitched a blimp and a 747 into the multiplayer. Cause it was a fun pointless thing to do.
